Paul Neal is a passionate and well-connected Baama (person) who has more than 30 years’ extensive experience coaching clients on how to interact with individuals and organisations in the Commonwealth, State, community and private sectors. He has established his own full-time consultancy practice in coaching, training and planning, with a particular focus on assisting people to come together creating stronger outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Paul’s wealth of experience in ensuring seamless induction processes with in-depth business and project planning are highlighted in the crucial role he played securing employment for skilled construction workers in the community of Yarrabah and other communities in North Queensland. Paul’s extensive history of mentoring in the area of Bio Cultural Connections inclusive of town planning exercises, strategic planning and engagements with government and contracted groups, has led to ministerial and senate inquiries.
Paul’s history of achievements go above and beyond connecting prospective Indigenous employees to potential positions. He is recognised and well respected for successfully coaching Indigenous and Non-Indigenous construction workers in vital areas of employment including security, compliance, quality assurance, community engagement and the holistic approach of project handovers. His passions include providing meaningful outcomes for men with disabilities, assisting with housing the homeless and assisting Juvenile Justice clients with employment opportunities.

Ben Haycroft is Ngungee’s Industrial Relations and HR Compliance Manager. Ben has considerable experience ensuring small to medium sized businesses are kept abreast of employment legislation and has provided consulting services to over 100 businesses around Australia.
Ben’s expertise safeguards business owners from serious problems arising from non-compliance.
